Constitution Preamble
We, the Members of the Yuba College Historical Student Association, YCHSA, in Order to:

1. Advance the level of scholarship among Yuba College students;

2. Foster interaction and communication between YCHSA members and local museums and libraries;

3. Prepare YCHSA members for the transition to a four-year institution through research and writing instruction;

4. Become more civic minded through participation in self-government.
